- Mouse Movement

- You can easily operate the program by observing the cursor shape. By default,
- it is an arrow, which indicates the current cursor position. When a click able
- area is encountered, the cursor changes to a hand. If the cursor becomes a
- cross, you can move the object beneath it.

- LEFT CLICK - This action denotes a selection of a item or function.

- RIGHT CLICK - Right-click on a food while it is on the table brings up the
- Food Property screen.

- Right-click on a food while it is still on the Search or Storage
- screens sets the Display Bar information for that food.

- Right-click on a storage brings up its content screen.

- RIGHT BUTTON - To input food into a storage area, use the right-mouse
- DRAG & DROP button to drag the food in front of the selected storage space;
- a door 'open & shut' action indicates a successful input.

- LEFT BUTTON - Use this action for normal moving of food or to drag food from
- DRAG & DROP the Search or Storage screen on to the table.

- Also use this action to drag food into and from the Meal-
- Planning and Explorer screen.

- LEFT BUTTON - When grouping or selecting food to copy, hold down the
- DRAG TO SELECT left-mouse button and drag from the top-left corner down
- to the bottom-right corner. A rectangular box will enclose
- the selections.
