  1. Mouse Movement

  3. You can easily operate the program by observing the cursor shape.  By default, 
  4. it is an arrow, which indicates the current cursor position. When a click able 
  5. area is encountered, the cursor changes to a hand.  If the cursor becomes a 
  6. cross, you can move the object beneath it.

  9. LEFT CLICK -    This action denotes a selection of a item or function.
  10.  
  11. RIGHT CLICK -    Right-click on a food while it is on the table brings up the 
  12.         Food Property screen.
  13.  
  14.         Right-click on a food while it is still on the Search or Storage 
  15.         screens sets the Display Bar information for that food.
  16.  
  17.         Right-click on a storage brings up its content screen.
  18.  
  19. RIGHT BUTTON -    To input food into a storage area, use the right-mouse 
  20. DRAG & DROP     button to drag the food in front of the selected storage space;
  21.         a door 'open & shut' action indicates a successful input.

  23. LEFT BUTTON -    Use this action for normal moving of food or to drag food from
  24. DRAG & DROP    the Search or Storage screen on to the table.
  25.  
  26.         Also use this action to drag food into and from the Meal-
  27.         Planning and Explorer screen.
  28.  
  29. LEFT BUTTON -    When grouping or selecting food to copy, hold down the 
  30. DRAG TO SELECT    left-mouse button and drag from the top-left corner down
  31.         to the bottom-right corner.  A rectangular box will enclose
  32.         the selections.
